This is just the best little jewelry store. Run by a family and they are all great. Makes helpful suggestions and are not out to over charge. Stay away from those awful retail store and go to a real jeweler.

I had called Trien’s a couple weeks ago when a sentimental piece of jewelry ended up being broken and I was desperately searching for someone open during this pandemic to do a repair, as this necklace means a lot to me. Eric, was so caring and willing to do curbside pickup and consultation. To make it as short as possible, he went above and beyond for me and showed an extreme amount of kindness to me that I haven’t been shown in a very long time. My necklace is repaired perfectly, and with such amazing and thoughtful service. This business and all of Eric’s hard work will never be forgotten & they have earned many years of my future business!

Love my engagement ring! Staff is always so helpful and welcoming when I need it cleaned or have questions about other jewelry. I once brought my ring in covered in dried white primer and they restored it and didn't charge me anything.

I took my wedding rings (3) to Trein's. They were a mess from a previous jeweler that was going to size them. 3 different sizes, 1 had a cracked band from the previous jeweler trying to size them. Some of the prongs were broken. Trein's completely repaired them, sized them, polished them and did so in a timely fashion. I felt like I was receiving brand new rings. It brought tears to my eyes to be able to wear them again. I am so thankful. Thank you so much!!
